Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented QC Manager to oversee and manage our quality control processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the automotive parts industry, with a proven track record of implementing and maintaining quality management systems. Experience in aluminum extrusion manufacturing is a significant advantage. Responsibilities: •Plan, control, and manage the company's quality control system in accordance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949 , other relevant standards, and customer requirements. •Develop quality policies, objectives, and strategies to ensure product quality meets specifications and customer expectations. •Develop and improve quality control processes throughout the production cycle, from raw material receiving to production, inspection, and product delivery, with a focus on Automotive Parts, Aluminum Windows & Doors, and Industrial Products. •Manage the QC team, including task assignment, training, performance evaluation, and team development. •Analyze quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize defects, reduce costs, and improve production efficiency. •Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as Production, Purchasing, Sales, and Customers, to resolve quality problems and ensure customer satisfaction. •Monitor and evaluate quality performance, prepare reports, and present to management. •Maintain and calibrate measuring instruments and inspection equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability. •Manage quality documentation, such as WI, SOP, Control Plan, FMEA, and PPAP (especially for Automotive Parts). •Utilize statistical tools for data analysis and quality improvement. •Possess knowledge and experience in aluminum manufacturing processes, such as extrusion, heat treatment, cutting, and assembly.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a QC Manager in the Automotive Parts industry (essential).
Knowledge and experience with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality management systems (preferred).
Knowledge and understanding of aluminum manufacturing processes and aluminum products, including Aluminum Windows & Doors, Industrial Products, and Automotive Parts.
Proficiency in using measuring instruments and inspection equipment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent team management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, responsible, and positive work attitude.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with PPAP, FMEA, and Control Plan in the Automotive industry is highly desirable.
