Job Descriptions
1Plan the installation and improvement of computer network systems
2Provide network security systems according to the company's policy
3Maintain, maintain and manage network infrastructure
4Manage and manage remote computer network connections
5Coordinate with various departments related to computer systems and networks
6Promote and support computer training for users
7Manage problem solving, data backup, system recovery and provide specialist support when necessary
8Coordinate with various departments related to computer systems and networks
9Help solve problems and provide computer usage advice to users in a timely manner without damaging the work
10Respond to the increasing demand for support systems
11Manage software and hardware procurement and build good relationships with vendors
12Provide sufficient computer resources for use in the department
13Present news and work activities for other departments to know
14Present the progress in the information technology industry to the organization regularly
15Maintain SAP systems in Ayutthaya and branches
16Have initiative, improve and change in the work that is responsible
Qualifications
- อายุ 25-30 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีสาขาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ สาขาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ สาขาวิศวกรรมเครือข่ายและความปลอดภัย สาขาวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ หรืออื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความเข้าใจในระบบปฏิบัติการ เช่น Windows, macOS, Linux
- ทักษะในการแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิค เช่น ปัญหาฮาร์ดแวร์ ซอฟต์แวร์ และเครือข่าย ความรู้ในด้านการติดตั้ง ซ่อมแซม และอัปเดตซอฟต์แวร์และฮาร์ดแวร์
- สามารถอธิบายปัญหาทางเทคนิคให้กับผู้ใช้ที่ไม่เข้าใจด้าน IT ได้อย่างชัดเจนและเข้าใจง่าย รับฟังและวิเคราะห์ปัญหาของผู้ใช้เพื่อให้การสนับสนุนได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- สามารถระบุและแก้ไขปัญหาทาง IT ได้อย่างรวดเร็วและมีประสิทธิภาพ มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์และจัดการกับปัญหาทางเครือข่าย (Network issues) และเซิร์ฟเวอร์ (Server issues)
- สามารถทำงานร่วมกับทีม IT หรือฝ่ายอื่น ๆ เพื่อสนับสนุนการทำงานให้เกิดประสิทธิผล และพร้อมให้ความช่วยเหลือและร่วมมือกับผู้ใช้ในทุกระดับ
- สามารถจัดการและแก้ไขหลายปัญหาในเวลาเดียวกันได้ และมีทักษะในการตั้งลำดับความสำคัญของปัญหาต่าง ๆ เพื่อให้บริการได้อย่างรวดเร็ว
- ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการตั้งค่าและดูแลรักษาเครือข่าย LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP สามารถตรวจสอบและแก้ไขปัญหาการเชื่อมต่อเครือข่ายได้
- มีประสบการณ์ในการใช้เครื่องมือในการจัดการระบบและเครื่องมือสนับสนุนต่าง ๆ เช่น ระบบการจัดการ Ticket, Remote Support tools
- มีความกระตือรือร้นในการเรียนรู้เทคโนโลยีใหม่ ๆ และสามารถนำมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการทำงานได้
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
