Job Descriptions
•Problem solving coordinate between HmjP & LSP to get feedback with logically and on time. •Coordinate with LSP for review annual inventory count, monthly cycle count, reconciliation and define action according standard. •Ensure of LSP outbound operation are right time, right part, right quantity, right standard. •Review, revise, create work instruction for new process at LSP & ensure LSP operations quality follow standard. •Main support of FMEA line walk, LSP weekly LPC audit and auditee for system & customer audit. •Attend daily meetings with LSP, share summary and/or other report to team. •Coordinate to all related section/department to communicate and solve daily routine issue. •IT works equipment monitoring, indirect supply to support operation at LSP monitoring and fulfillment stock. •New project and/or other assignment from supervisor.
Qualifications
  1. High School
  2. Good command of English
  3. Experience in LSP management and cost analytics
  4. Continuous improvement idea
  5. Good knowledge of SAP and Material flow
  6. KANBAN loop system
  7. Negotiation and coordination skill
  8. Time management [ priority and fix on time]
  9. Problem solving skill
  10. Decision making in own task area
  11. Basic budget setup
  12. Project management
