We are seeking an Assistant Accounting Manager to join our newly established business in Thailand. About Us: BOYE GLOBAL LOGISTICS (THAILAND) Co., Ltd. Our Vision: To become a leading global provider of integrated supply chain services and solutions. 1.Multi-period Financial Reporting Prepare and oversee monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory and audit requirements. 2.End-to-End AP/AR Management Handle invoicing, supplier/customer payments, collections, and balance reconciliation to optimize cash flow. 3.Tax Compliance & Filings Accurately calculate taxes (VAT, withholding tax, etc.), complete tax returns, and resolve tax-related disputes with professional support. 4.Payroll & Social Insurance Administration Process salary calculations, prepare payroll sheets, and manage social insurance contributions and filings. 5.Funds & Banking Oversight Monitor bank transactions and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy. 6.Fixed Asset Control Manage asset inventory, disposal, and capitalization processes to strengthen internal controls. 7.Expense Tracking & Analysis Record and analyze expenses, providing periodic reports for decision-making. 8.Internal Control & Regulatory Compliance Implement internal control protocols and ensure adherence to BOI and local regulations (e.g., Thailand). 9.External Reporting & Data Verification Submit timely external reports and verify externally provided accounting data. 10.Ad-hoc Tasks Execute additional financial assignments as directed by management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPD qualification is required
Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in accounting roles, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry.
Proficient knowledge of Accounting Standards (e.g., IFRS, Thai GAAP) and Thai taxation laws.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
Familiarity with ERP systems and accounting software.
Strong command of spoken and written English; proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a strong advantage.
Excellent cross-departmental communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team player with a "can-do" attitude.
Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
