Job Descriptions

1.Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates using various sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media, employee referrals). 2.Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates’ qualifications against job requirements. 3.Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and manage feedback collection. 4.Employer Branding: Promote the company as an employer of choice by maintaining a strong presence on social media and participating in career events. 5.Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. 6.Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws and organizational policies. 7.Metrics & Reporting: Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.) and prepare regular reports for leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Familiarity with HR software.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Proficient in English communication.
Workday: Mon-Fri 8.00-18.00
