Key Responsibilities หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ •Event Coordination: Plan and organize catering events to meet client expectations. •Operational Support: Manage logistics, equipment, and inventory for efficient operations. •Team Assistance: Support staff training and ensure smooth event execution. •Client Liaison: Communicate with clients and address their needs professionally. •Quality Control: Ensure food safety, hygiene, and service quality at all events. •Administrative Tasks: Maintain event records and assist with operational reports. •Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
Experience in catering or event operations is an advantage.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
