Job Descriptions

Design and create visual content for the marketing department, including but not limited to brochures, posters, advertisements, exhibition materials, packaging, and other marketing collateral. Develop visual designs for digital marketing campaigns, such as online advertisements, social media graphics, email templates, and other digital assets. Maintain and enhance the company’s visual identity (VI) to ensure consistent branding across all platforms and materials. Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize creative ideas and provide design solutions to enhance promotional content. Coordinate with external vendors, such as printing companies and advertising agencies, to ensure high-quality production and timely delivery of design materials. Stay updated on design trends to continuously improve design concepts and outputs. Support major company projects, such as new product launches, brand campaigns, and promotional events.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Art Design, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in marketing or branding.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; hand-drawing skills are a plus.
Creative and market-sensitive, with the ability to translate business needs into impactful visual content.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to respond effectively to feedback and make revisions as needed.
Bonus skills: Experience with video editing, motion graphics, or 3D design software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Blender).
