Job Descriptions
1. Lead in solving process and equipment issues, develop corresponding improvement plans to reduce equipment downtime and enhance OEE, etc. 2. For complex process and equipment problems, independently initiate projects, lead in resolution, formulate improvement measures, and follow up on implementation. 3. Write process flow diagrams, PFMEAs, control plans, work instructions, and other related documents. 4. Collaborate with the R&D team to follow up on the process trial production of new products and develop corresponding process improvement measures. 5. Work with quality and production departments to analyze daily production anomalies. Lead in following up on improvement measures related to defined processes, equipment, tooling, etc.
Qualifications
  1. Diploma or above, with experience in automotive parts process engineering. Familiar with process control and has a clear logical thinking.
  2. Good at communication and expression, possesses strong independent problem-solving ability, as well as cross-departmental and cross-functional communication and coordination skills.
  3. Must understand Chinese.
  4. Proficient in drawing software such as CAD, UG, Solidworks, etc.
  5. Proficient in using Office software.
