Job Descriptions-Organize and optimize the warehouse layout to facilitate efficient storage and retrieval of materials.
-Conduct meetings with customers to address warehouse-related issues and manage orders.
-Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for receiving, storage, and distribution activities.
-Collaborate with the Customer Service and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and delivery.
-Maintain accurate inventory records using appropriate inventory management systems.
-Perform regular inventory audits and cycle counts to identify discrepancies and take corrective actions.
-Implement quality control procedures to identify and address non-conforming materials.
-Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to inventory, receipts, shipments, and other warehouse activities.
-Generate regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and operational metrics.
-Analyze data and identify trends or areas for improvement to optimize warehouse operations.
-Coordinate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
-Handle additional assignments as required.
-To prepare annual budget.
-To produce reports and statistics regularly (dead stock report etc).
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a warehouse or logistics setting
- Experiences from Automotive Manufacturing Industry and Onsite Customer will be an advantage
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Knowledge of inventory control, shipping processes and order management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
