Job Descriptions
- Plan for routing and scheduling all orders of transportation and updating system as needed.
- Tracking to ensure that all shipment can delivery on time.
- Work closely with customer and improve the activity for acceptance rate of on-time pick up and on time delivery.
- Change necessary delivery schedule which might stuff from equipment failure, weather delays, or emergencies.
- Notify necessary parties (internal and external) involved in changes to prescribed delivery.
- Collect procurement data and organize relevant reports;
- Carry out daily management, evaluation and assessment of suppliers;
- Develop corresponding carrier resources and select suitable suppliers for different projects through inquiry, price comparison, evaluation and other methods;
- Connect with suppliers to complete daily work such as contract signing, order tracking and coordination.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Logistic or any related field
- At least 1-3 years' experience in supply chain or related job
- Can work well under high pressure with high responsibility
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
