Job Descriptions

- Lead the overall strategic direction and operational management of the Thanaleng Dry Port Program to ensure alignment with organizational goals. - Develop, implement, and oversee training initiatives to enhance employee skills and promote professional growth across all levels. - Collaborate with all manager department to identify training needs and create tailored programs to address skill gaps. - Conduct regular assessments of training effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve program offerings. - Manage the TDP budget, ensuring that all expenditures align with approved financial plans and organizational priorities. - Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization through innovative training solutions. - Build and maintain relationships with external training vendors and consultants to enhance program quality and availability. - Prepare and present reports on program performance to executive leadership, detailing progress toward development goals and initiatives.

Qualifications

Completed degrees' Master Degree and Doctorache or higher.
Age between 45-55 years (male-female).
Experience working in the port business, full-service for 10 years or more.
There are the legal knowledge issue Trading of import-export and transit services in worldwide.
Have tolerance to pressure and have good management skills. Have the ability to plan and prioritize complex tasks to be completed and on time.
Possess excellent leadership skills in communication, negotiation and presentation.
Able to travel upcountry and abroad occasionally.
Knowledge the working procedures of every process in the port system and can use the program to calculate the service fees of various ports.
