Green Me Organic Farm is one of Thailands most popular certified organic farm and farm stay companies situated near Khao Yai National Park The position open is for a self-motivated and active Farm Tour Leader for our educational and much loved farm tours. The basic requirements are a candidate with exceptional people skills, especially working with children, and a good command of english. Candidates who like and care about animals is a plus. Job responsibilities สร้างรูปแบบงานทัวร์และโปรแกรมนำเที่ยวเกี่ยวกับออแกนิคฟาร์มโดยสมบูรณ์ สามารถวางแผนงานและการตลาดได้ จัดสรรงานเป็นและมีความรับผิดชอบ - Team creation - Simultaneous planning and execution of numerous projects - Run & manage events, tours, marketing campaigns, etc. - Staff and interdepartmental collaboration - Manage program budgets and expenses - Research and coordinate special tour content and events - Create and proof-read marketing materials and traveler documents - Liaise with international hotels, cruise and local tour operators - Manage group reservations
Qualifications
  1. PREVIOUS Teacher assistant IS ESSENTIAL
  2. Expat and freshly graduated are welcome to apply
  3. Strong knowledge of Travel and Tour Operations.
  4. Enthusiastic, passionate and self-motivated
  5. Flexible, adaptive with multi-tasking skills.
  6. Excellent communication & management skills
  7. Good spoken and written Thai and English skills
  8. Ability to handle unplanned situations & find quick solutions
  9. Experience in a travel, tour or school industry
  10. Project management skills an advantage
