Job Descriptions

General Accounting • Verify and record the Company's related financial transactions in the accounting software according to the scheme discussed with the Finance Managers and Project Managers (account / project code), • Prepare the Company's General Ledger according to Group Accounting Agenda and deadlines, • Prepare and follow up invoicing to external / internal clients, • Prepare all the payment transactions to third parties, • Perform monthly bank reconciliation, • Perform monthly petty cash reconciliation, • Reconciliation of intercompany transactions, Closing and Audit • Assist the preparations for the year-end financial audit including providing all necessary documents and information, establishing relationship with external auditors. • Assist on Group financial process & agenda o Annual budget preparation o Quarterly forecast o Monthly closing

Qualifications

At least hold Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, or any related fields or,
At least of 8-10y exp.year experience in accountant role or other related fields
A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team are essential
Command of English and Thai
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software is necessary, especially Excel.
Problem solving skills
Respect of deadlines
Experience in MNC is a plus
Experience with Oracle is a plus
