Job Descriptions
•Deliver training programs for new and existing retail stations to ensure smooth site operations, including service standards, marketing programs, loyalty programs, digital payment systems, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
•Collaborate with Business Consultants to conduct monthly training sessions, including program refreshers and communication of updates for site operations.
•Utilize digital skills to create engaging training materials, videos, and marketing content.
•Act as a coordinator to escalate and follow up on technical issues with relevant teams.
•Participate in special projects and represent the team as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Over 2 years of experience in Field training is preferable
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital tools for creating training and marketing materials.
- Experience in retail operations or training is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and handle multiple tasks.
