Job Descriptions
- จัดทําใบเสนอราคา ดูแลลูกค้า ตลอดการขายให้กับลูกค้า และให้คําแนะนําเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์ให้กับทางลูกค้า (โดยมีหลักสูตรอบรมเกี่ยวกับประเภทงานบริการที่ได้รับมอบหมาย) - มอบคําแนะนําและการบริการลูกค้าที่ดีที่สุดให้แก่ลูกค้าทุกคนของคิวช่างอ้างอิงตาม SOP & SLA - บริหารจัดการ ตรวจสอบ ตารางนัดหมายของลูกและค้าคิวช่าง - สามารถขายและกระตุ้นยอดขายเกี่ยวกับสินค้าและบริการต่างๆของคิวช่าง - ทําการตอบแชทข้อความจากลูกค้าทาง เฟสบุ๊ค,ไลน์และแชทช่องทางอื่นๆที่ลูกค้าติดต่อเข้ามา โดยมีเป้าหมายเชิญชวนให้ลูกค้าจองบริการกับทางคิวช่าง (ในกรณีที่หน้างานผ่านเงื่อนไขการให้บริการ) - สามารถติดต่อประสานงานกับทีมช่างเพื่อสอบถามข้อมูลใบเสนอราคาและคิวการบริการจากช่าง เพื่อนัดหมายให้กับลูกค้าได้
Qualifications
  1. การศึกษาศึกษาระดับปวส. ขึ้นไป หรือปริญญาตรีสาขา ก่อสร้าง โยธา, การตลาด, บริการธุรกิจ หรือ มีประสบการณ์ขายจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  2. มีความชื่นชอบและ Passion ในงานขายและงานบริการอย่าง
  3. มีความชื่นชอบการทํางานเป็นทีมและมีทักษะการสื่อสารกับทีมได้ดี
  4. มีความเข้าใจในงานบริการที่เกี่ยวกับHome Service/Home Improvement
  5. สามารถทำงานที่ Office บางโพได้
  6. สามารถทำงาน 6 วัน/สัปดาห์
