Job Descriptions
SMT Machine Solder paste printing/Pick & place/SPI/AOI/Reflow oven setting up include preventive maintaining machines, Panasonic, DGS program, NPM.
Qualifications
- bachelor's degree or above (Mechanical and electrical related majors)
- Have experience using Panasonic machines, (NPM,TT2)
- Able to edit DGS program very well
- Can create and edit SPI machine programs (sini-tek, kohyong)
- Can create and edit AOI machine programs (holly, Juzte, kohyong)
- Able to solve various quality problems that can occur in the production line
