Job Descriptions
1. Attend meetings of the technical team, project and partners. Make meeting reports.
2. Preparation and translatation (Chinese to English) of general documents, site document and engineering documents
3. Manage and undertake site administration tasks as required by the Mine Manager and technical team.
4. Carrying out follow up on project details and requirements.
5. Communicate internal and external parties including sending the documents to the field work.
6. Attend construction sites/mine with technical team for translation with contractors
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English or Chinese Major or relevant discipline
- Required English Proficiency Score (TOEIC: 945 , IELTS: 7)
- Required Chinese Proficiency Score (HSK 6)
- 2+ years of work experience
- Skills: Coordination and organizational skills, Intercultural awareness, Capacity for teamwork, Customer orientation, Learning aptitude, Problem-solving competence
