Job Descriptions
The Shift Engineer in Spinning is responsible for overseeing and ensuring smooth operations of the spinning preparatory department during assigned shifts. The role involves managing production, quality, maintenance, and manpower to achieve organizational goals while adhering to safety and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Monitor and ensure efficient operation of spinning machines (e.g., Gill Box, carding, Ring Frame, Auto corner, combing, etc.) to meet production targets.
2.Optimize machine settings and operational parameters to ensure high efficiency and productivity.
3.Coordinate with the planning team to implement the production schedule.
4.Implement quality improvement initiatives and provide feedback to the Quality Control team.
5.Report any major breakdowns or abnormalities to the maintenance team for quick resolution.
วิศวกรกะในแผนกปั่นด้ายมีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบในการดูแลและรับรองการดำเนินงานที่ราบรื่นของแผนกเตรียมการปั่นด้ายในระหว่างกะงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย บทบาทนี้เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการการผลิต คุณภาพ การบำรุงรักษา และกำลังคน เพื่อบรรลุเป้าหมายขององค์กร โดยยึดตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยและการปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนด
ความรับผิดชอบหลัก:
1. ตรวจสอบและรับรองการทำงานของเครื่องปั่นด้ายอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ (เช่น Gill Box, carding, Ring Frame, Auto corner, combing เป็นต้น) เพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายการผลิต
2. ปรับแต่งการตั้งค่าเครื่องจักรและพารามิเตอร์การทำงานเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่ามีประสิทธิภาพและผลผลิตสูง
3. ประสานงานกับทีมวางแผนเพื่อนำตารางการผลิตไปปฏิบัติ
4. ดำเนินการริเริ่มปรับปรุงคุณภาพและให้ข้อเสนอแนะแก่ทีมควบคุมคุณภาพ
5. รายงานการเสียหายหรือความผิดปกติที่สำคัญใดๆ ต่อทีมบำรุงรักษาเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาอย่างรวดเร็ว
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Textile Engineering or equivalent /ปริญญาตรี/อนุปริญญา สาขาวิศวกรรมสิ่งทอ หรือเทียบเท่า
- 2–5 years of experience in spinning preparatory operations/ประสบการณ์ 2–5 ปีในการดำเนินการเตรียมการปั่นด้าย
- Hands-on experience in handling spinning machinery is preferred/ประสบการณ์ปฏิบัติจริงในการจัดการเครื่องจักรปั่นด้ายจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
