Job Descriptions
Job descriptions - To check the stock level of RM & PM - Coordinate with Production team to understand their plan and forecast for sufficient stocks. - Prepare the PR, PO & Issue materials - Take quote from supplier for consumable items - Maintain stock of RM, PM & consumable items and update in system - Daily basis checking and controlling of stocks - To maintain safety stock of RM, PM and consumables and inform to purchase department for orders. - To prepare require documents for FDA, GMP, HACCP, HALAL and ISO etc.. - Managing all loop in purchasing, stocking and issuing MRO materials. - Prepare issue slip of material - Responsible for ensuring storage and work areas are clean and well organized. - To coordinate with purchase / logistics for import shipments
Qualifications
  1. High Vocational Certificate or Bachelor's Degree
  2. Experience in food and beverages manufacturing or related field
  3. FDA, GMP, HACCP, HALAL and ISO document
  4. Intermediate of English skill
  5. Warehouse management systems (WMS)
