Job Description: Sales Leadership & Strategy • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share. • Lead, mentor, and manage a high performing of sales team and ensuring alignment with company objectives. • Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and training sessions to maintain a motivated and results-oriented team culture. Sales Forecasting & Reporting • Create accurate sales forecasts and budgets, delivering detailed performance reports to senior management. • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business objectives and adjust strategies as necessary. • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize sales approaches and address customer demands effectively. Market Development & Customer Relations • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the automotive aftermarket sector, focusing on workshops, distributors, and fleet operators. • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key customers, ensuring exceptional service delivery to drive retention and business growth. • Engage regularly with clients to understand their needs, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Product Knowledge & Market Analysis • Maintain in-depth knowledge of product portfolio and industry developments to provide tailored solutions for customers. • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities and differentiate the company's offerings. • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine positioning strategies and implement targeted sales campaigns.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any field.
At least 2 years of experience in Sales Management or related.
Strong Leadership skill: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and achieve results through team management as well as good solving problem.
Language Proficiency: Native fluency in Thai and a strong command of written and spoken English.
Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
Tech Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office, and able to use online marketing.
Has own car with driver license.
