1. ต้อนรับลูกค้าที่เข้ามาใช้บริการที่โรงแรม
2. รับเช็คอิน เช็คเอาท์
3. รับโทรศัพท์ ให้ข้อมูลรับจองห้องพัก
4. ตอบ รับ email ลูกค้า
5. ดูแลประสานงานกับแผนกต่างๆ ในโรงแรม
Qualifications
- เพศชาย/หญิง
- อายุ 25 ปีขึ้นไป ไม่เกิน 40 ปี สัญชาติไทย
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม คอมพิวเตอร์ Microsoft Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้
- วุฒิ ปวส.-ปริญญาตรี
- สามารถใช้ email ในการโต้ตอบเป็นภาษาอังกฤษได้
- มีประสบการณ์ในสายงานโรงแรมมาจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีบุคลิกภาพที่ดี
