Job Descriptions
  • To manage and extend an excellent service to customer
  • To access SAP system or client’s system
  • To handle the customer service on site and cooperate with Leschaco team for import shipment (Ocean & Air)
  • To cooperate with operation/customs clearance import (Ocean & Air) in solving daily operation problem and report status to customer
  • To implement and execute work according to work procedure Import shipment:
  • To prepare and consolidate document (commercial invoice, OBL, DFT form, packing list etc.).
  • To check accuracy of document before send to Leschaco team
  • To check and provide shipment instruction to LS officer (FTA privilege, safety regulations, delivery time limited or any special inquiries)
  • To submit LPI online (FDA, DLD)
  • To monitoring shipment status and keep update to customer on site
  • Any special assignment by superior
  • Qualifications
    1. 5 years experience in relate field
    2. Proven experience in similar field related to customs clearance, DIW and customer service
    3. Knowledge in Importing pharmaceutical products and medical device would be an advantage
    4. Good command of English
