Market Analysis and Feasibility Studies: -Conduct detailed market research to identify potential locations for new retail store openings. -Analyze demographic, economic, and competitor data to evaluate the viability of proposed sites. -Assess the potential return on investment (ROI) and forecast sales performance for each location. Site Acquisition Support: -Collaborate with the real estate team to source and evaluate suitable properties for retail expansion. -Assist in lease negotiations by providing data-driven insights and recommendations. -Prepare feasibility reports and presentations for management decision-making. Strategic Planning and Expansion Modeling: -Develop and maintain expansion models to align with the company’s growth strategy. -Identify trends and opportunities in untapped markets to support long-term planning. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align expansion plans with marketing and operational goals. Performance Monitoring: -Track the performance of newly established stores against initial projections. -Analyze post-opening data to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement. -Generate reports on expansion progress and present findings to senior management. Process Improvement and Innovation: -Identify and implement improvements in the site selection and evaluation process. -Utilize Geographic Information Systems (GIS) or other analytical tools to enhance site assessment accuracy. -Stay updated on industry trends, zoning laws, and real estate market dynamics to refine strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Economics, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in business development, market analysis, or retail expansion roles.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, GIS tools, and business intelligence software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports and presenting findings.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Familiarity with real estate leasing, zoning laws, and market research methodologies is a plus.
