Job Descriptions
1.Customer Support: Handle pre-sales and post-sales inquiries from PICO VR users in Thailand and Malaysia via phone, email, and chat. 2.Issue Resolution: Provide solutions to technical issues, troubleshooting VR devices, and guiding customers through setup and usage. 3.Sales Assistance: Assist potential customers with product features, pricing, and purchasing processes. 4.Documentation: Record and maintain accurate details of customer interactions and resolutions in the company database. 5.Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to help improve products and services. 6.Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams and other departments to ensure timely resolution of complex issues.
Qualifications
  1. Fluency in English and Thai (speaking, reading, and writing).
  2. Previous experience in customer service or call center operations is highly preferred.
  3. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  5. Knowledge of VR technology or prior experience with tech support is a plus.
  6. Familiarity with the cultures and customer expectations in Thailand and Malaysia.
