Job Descriptions
- The Lead of Brand Marketing is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the brand's marketing and promotional strategies. - Lead of Brand Marketing work closely with agency teams to develop compelling marketing campaigns, design brand assets, and maintain consistent brand messaging across various platforms. - Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences, trends, and competitor activities. - Generating new business leads. - Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics. - Works closely with agency teams to develop compelling marketing campaigns, design brand assets, and maintain consistent brand messaging across various platforms. - Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals. - Monitor brand performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to enhance brand positioning and customer engagement. - Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely. - Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns both online and offline. - Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events. - Managing the marketing department's staff.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field.
  2. Proficiency with online and offline marketing and social media strategy.
  3. At least 7 years of experience in project management, strategy, operations, marketing, advertising, events, or relaid field.
  4. At least 7 years of experience in team management.
  5. At least 7 years of experience in the pet product industry.
  6. Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
  7. Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
  8. Interpersonal communication skill both written and spoken.
  9. Strong analytical skills and systematic thinking.
  10. A growth mindset with positive Can-do attitude, detail-oriented, strong sense of ownership, and open-minded.
