Job Descriptions
•Develops finance organizational strategies by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction and establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives. •Establishes finance operational strategies by evaluating trends; establishing critical measurements; determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; and implementing change. •Develops financial strategies by forecasting capital, facilities, and staff requirements; identifying monetary resources; and developing action plans. •Lead the Accounting team in accordance with the plan and target of the organization. •Develop and manage financial systems/policies. •Financial Planning and Analysis by lead the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial projections. •Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance to support decision-making. •Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. •Ensure Financial Reporting are prepare timely and accurate financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. •Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. •Present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders like government reporting, providing analysis and recommendations. •Provide and advice on Strategic Financial Management thru develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives and operational efficiency. •Evaluate capital investment opportunities, assess financial risks, and recommend appropriate actions. •Manage working capital, cash flow, and liquidity to optimize financial performances. Control the risks in Financial such as payment, cash receive and reporting.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA preferred).
  2. Proven experience (at least 7-10 years) in finance leadership roles within the logistics or transportation industry.
  3. In-depth knowledge of financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  4. Strong understanding of logistics operations, supply chain management, and cost management principles.
  5. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
  6. Strategic mindset with the ability to drive financial performance and support organizational growth.
  7. Leadership qualities, including strategic thinking, decision-making, and effective communication skills.
  8. Knowledge the working procedures of every process in the port system and can use the program to calculate the service fees of Muitl Modern.
  9. Ability to adjust to changing priorities in a dynamic port environment and handle unexpected challenges.
  10. Excellent written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills (English an advantage).
  11. Proficient in Microsoft Office and outstanding in Advanced Excel Skill
  12. Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
