Job Descriptions
• Plan and prepare production for new model • Control production and waste cost – solve problems of production process • Improve work flow and line production balance for more efficiency • Plan, coordinate, review & improve the implementation of safety, occupational health and environment • Assist the production manager in implementation • Control and manage production member (operators) for achieve company KPI with Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery • Issued working standard (WI) and trains subordinates • Improve production line productivity and reduce defect in production process • Level up subordinate skill by focusing on evaluative
Qualifications
  1. • Male Age 27-32 years old.
  2. • Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronic / Electronic / Electrical engineering
  3. • At least 2-5 years in production line
  4. • Have experience of Control plan, FMEA would be advantage
  5. • Have knowledge about Automotive manufacturing would be advantage
  6. • Be able to work overtime and in holiday
  7. • Program/Software MS Office
  8. • Good command in English both of writing and speaking skills.
  9. • Eager to learn new things
