Job Descriptions

- Monitor orders for Modern Trade, Local Buyer, and Sport Channel. - Add new products to the system. - Coordinate with purchasing officers to increase product orders. - Prepare and issue quotations as per customer requirements. - Summarize product lists, create purchase orders in the warehouse system, and send the information to the accounting officer for invoice issuance. - Summarize product lists for Modern Trade orders, Local Buyer, and Sport Channel, and send the information to the accounting officer for invoice issuance. - Updating and maintaining records of all orders in google drive, and stock movement. - Coordinate with the logistics team and follow up on delays.

Qualifications

จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง (เช่น บริหารธุรกิจ การตลาด หรือสาขาอื่น ๆ)
มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านการประสานงาน ด้านจัดซื้อ หรือที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี
มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการประสานงานที่ดี ทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ
สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ได้เป็นอย่างดี
มีความรับผิดชอบและสามารถจัดการงานหลายอย่างในเวลาเดียวกัน
