Job Descriptions
1.Drive OQA-LRR improvement, lead manufacturing internal process defect improvement (MWD), and continuously improve process filtration capacity (Screen) 2.Drive continuous quality improvement on production site 3.Cooperate with the engineering unit to control the actual of new machine productively 4.Participate in major anomaly review meetings of all lines Track the effectiveness of countermeasures 5.Develop training plan for analytical repair /FAI personnel, and lead the continuous improvement of basic skills of analytical repair /FAI personnel 6.Assist production line to investigate and analyze typical MWD problems in the market 7.Lead the development of basic manufacturing skills to ensure that personnel/processes are under control to avoid low-level errors due to human problems 8.Production process repeatability anomaly improvement
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial engineering
  2. Can communicate well in English or Chinese
  3. Have Experience 1 - 3 Year
  4. Have Electronics experience and Analyze quality problems
