Job Descriptions
Position Summary
Responsible for team work control the installation and preventive maintenance of all automation machinery, electrical systems, air conditioning systems and utilities in the distribution center. Coordinate various departments, both internal - external.
Accountabilities
•Manage budgets of both facility and maintenance to ensuring cost-effectiveness.
•Design of both facility and maintenance strategies, KPI, procedures and methods.
•Maintain and Improve performance warehouse automation (Automated Storage and Retrieval System: ASRS) of both hardware and software.
•Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out, plan in missed maintenance activities, and lead the team to deliver effectively.
•ASRS spare part planning and control.
•Maintain all warehouse equipment (MHE) in good condition such as Forklift, AGV and other.
•Oversee building projects, renovations or refurbishments.
•Project manages, supervise and coordinate the work of contractors.
•Ensure buildings meet health and safety requirements and that facilities comply with legislation.
•Use performance management techniques to monitor and demonstrate achievement of agreed service levels and to lead on improvement.
•Manage and develop staff and technician to be proactive.
•Analyze breakdowns and implement systems to avoid repetition of similar breakdown with General Manager.
•Other assignments
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electrical engineer, Industrial engineer or related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in a Maintenance or Engineering role
- Knowledge in GX work 2, PLC, GOT, SCADA, Solid Work, MS Office, SQL
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, Continuous Improvement , ISO 22000, ISO9000, GMP and HACCP.
- Good communication skills English, spoken and written - Communicates.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
