Job Descriptions
Headquartered in Singapore with nearly 30 years of expertise, our client is a global logistics provider operating in over 20 countries. Supported by a strong network of partners and a team of 2,200 professionals, they drive excellence in international trade and cultivate passionate leaders. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with airlines, customs agents, and internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient air freight handling. - Work closely with team members to support the needs of assigned customers. - Develop and maintain regular communication strategies to engage with customers at both corporate and local levels. - Partner with Sales Representatives to provide a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for new clients. - Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints tactfully, and finding solutions to complex issues. - Monitor and analyze profit and loss data for customers and locations to identify and address potential challenges. - Maintain a strong understanding of airline networks, geographical markets, and cargo trends.
Qualifications
  1. At least 3 years of experience in air freight operations or client relationship management within the freight forwarding industry.
  2. Good command of Thai and English
  3. Excellent organizational, management, and communication skills.
  4. In-depth knowledge of airline networks, cargo markets, and freight operations.
