Job Descriptions
- Follow up on the timely delivery of spare parts with dealer
- Translate meeting reports, service exams Chinese to Thai
- Coordinate between Chinese and Thai people inside and outside the company
- Summarize weekly service order data
- Transfer pre-acceptance order to Service Engineer
- Follow up on training schedule and remind technicians to attend training
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chinese or related fields
- Good in Chinese (If Chinese HSK 5 certificate or higher special consider)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional demeanor
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to work independently, manage large workloads, and keep deadlines
