Job DescriptionsRole and Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all Genesis service requests and coordinate with multiple vendors to ensure swift and efficient resolution.
- Oversee and manage end-to-end service operations, maintaining high standards of quality and timeliness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize service delivery processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and uphold the premium standards of the Genesis brand.
- Provide regular reports on service performance and suggest improvements where necessary.
Qualifications - 5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in customer-focused industries such as hospitality, aviation, or automotive services.
- Experience working in premium or luxury brands.
- Familiarity with automotive services and operations.
- Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English. Additional language skills are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing service operations and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
- Proactive and customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
