Qualifications
- Fluent in oral and written Chinese or English.
- Strong learning and communication skills, able to learn and master the work content quickly.
- Able to analyze bottlenecks in existing business processes, propose improvement solutions and supervise implementation.
- Coordinate cross-departmental resources to ensure smooth operation of processes and improve team efficiency.
- Assist in document management and process approval of contracts and agreements with suppliers and customers, follow up on contract fulfillment, and ensure accurate and timely filing of documents.
- Coordinate resources and support from logistics, procurement, customer service and other departments to ensure projects are completed on time
- Assist the commercial team in the implementation of new projects, provide back-office support required by the project, coordinate project progress, resource allocation and tracking, and ensure the smooth progress of the project.
