Job Descriptions
Resposibility
- Handle customer enquiry, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Communicate with customer and internal parties such as sales team, operation team
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and sales documents.
- Support all sales activities
- Provide report or data upon request or assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Machanical Engineering , Plastic Engineering or Related field.
- 3-4 year Experience in Customer survice, Experience from plastic injection manuafacturing
- Fair command of English
- Competence in MS-office, including MS word, Excel and Outlook.
