We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to oversee all staff-related procedures and craft HR strategies in alignment with our hotel business needs. Human Resources Manager responsibilities include recruiting and training new hires, managing employee data and taking steps to retain our people. To be successful in this role, you should have a good knowledge of labor legislation and experience hiring employees for various roles and seniority levels.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in HR or hospitality or any field
Work experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the hospitality industry
At least 3 year experience as Assistant human resources manager or HR manager in hotel
Proficiency in English and computer literate
Past experience with payroll or managing budgets
Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll software
Good interpersonal skills
Knowledge of labor and hotel regulations and laws
Professional, organized, and can multitask
Ability to manage conflicts at work
Excellent problem-solving skills
Experience in conducting interviews
Understanding of labor legislation with an emphasis on part-time and overtime regulations
Excellent communication skills
Should be a patient listener
