Job Descriptions
Responsibilities:
- Act as a Professional Safety Officer (จป.วิชาชีพ) in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and enforce safety standards and procedures in the workplace to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Conduct safety audits and risk assessments, identifying hazards and implementing corrective actions.
Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees at all levels.
- Manage and report safety-related incidents, providing analysis and recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental laws and regulations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain environmental management systems to minimize environmental impact.
- Oversee waste management, pollution control, and other environmental sustainability programs.
- Prepare and submit necessary reports on SHE-related matters to management and authorities.
- Take the role of Management representative of ISO14001/45001 and RBA system
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety
- Male
- Age 28 Years and Over
- At least 3 years’ factory experience in Professional Safety Officer
- Knowledge of ISO 14001/45001
- English communication in conversation level
- Have experience about RBA is advantage
- Chinese: Conversational Level advantage. (If Any)
