Job Descriptions
- Oversee the daily operations of the immersive 3D art room, ensuring all systems function smoothly.
- Manage visitor flow to ensure seamless and enjoyable experiences.
-Train and supervise staff to assist visitors with navigating the immersive environment.
- Address customer concerns, inquiries, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Ensure all safety protocols are communicated to and followed by visitors and staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical and operational issues.
- Knowledge of customer experience and service management
- Trustworthiness and responsibility.
- Able to work in shift, weekend and public holidays.
- Proficient in English language.
