Job Descriptions
• Provide assistance, troubleshooting, installing, and configuring software for users regarding hardware and software, such as computers, printers, handheld devices, basic network connections, IT device connections, MS Windows, and various software updates. • Record and track the issue resolution status to ensure effective service delivery. • Prepare documentation and coordinate with the IT team or other relevant departments for assigned tasks to ensure that the IT Project plans are followed. • Other work related.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  2. GPA 2.75 up.
  3. Female, Age not over 27 years old.
  4. At least 0-2 years of experience in IT Support.
  5. Welcome new graduated.
  6. Good command both of spoken and written English. (TOEIC 400 up)
  7. Basic knowledge and skills in troubleshooting operating systems (Windows,Ms.Office365), hardware, and network issues.
  8. Good relationship and Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions clearly to users.
  9. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and good at multitasking simultaneously.
  10. Have a passion for service, be responsible, and be reliable in daily assigned tasks.
  11. Able to work under pressure.
