Job Descriptions
1. Coordinate order /demand communication across different departments
2.Review and monitor production status
3.Weekly review capacity base on the customer's demand
4.Production schedule management
5.Optimize WIP and finished goods inventory levels
6.KPI follow and improve .
- 工作職掌
1. 生産計劃：根據銷售需求、工廠産能、良率和各種生産限制制定主生産計劃，以確保滿足銷售和出貨要求。
2. 領導生産計劃風險項目：協調相關部門確定處理策略；管理緊急需求變化和物料供應變化，幷使生産計劃與銷售和出貨保持一致。
3. 生産、銷售和庫存管理：根據銷售需求（DP）實施供應計劃，整合生産能力和成品庫存以建立POP。根據銷售需求、生産計劃和實際生産情况制定供應計劃，幷解釋任何供應變化。
4. 在製品和半成品庫存管理：管理庫存老化，促進長期老化産品和异常庫存的清理；爲半成品建立合理的庫存水平，以防止、控制和處理滯銷半成品庫存。
5. 生産异常協調：根據實際工廠生産進度評估對DPS（需求計劃表）的影響，協調工廠和PC（生産控制）的調整，幷及時處理由于産品异常和新産品量産導致的DPS緊急變化。
Qualifications
- With 2 years planning related working experience is a plus. 學士學位，具有2+年以上相關工作經驗佳，精通生産運營管理和調度，熟悉工廠流程和産能技術。
- Advanced use of Microsoft office and MRP system. 熟練使用Office軟件，特別是Excel。
- Good listening /speaking/reading and writing in Chinese. 能流利使用中文。
- Good problem solving and analysis skills. 具有較强的溝通和協調能力，團隊合作能力和高抗壓能力。
- WH Staff- 1 position
- High vocational or above;
- 2-3 years experiences in warehouse.
- Working knowledge of SAP/ERP.
- Computer skill in microsoft office
- Fair command in English
- Can work 6 day /week
- Able to drive forklift
