Job Descriptions

As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in driving business success by providing technical expertise and solutions for our system integration projects. You will work closely with the sales team and clients to identify needs, design IT infrastructure, network, hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI), and cybersecurity solutions, and ensure seamless project execution. 1.Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide tailored technical solutions. 2.Design and propose IT infrastructure, network architecture, HCI, and cybersecurity solutions that align with client needs and industry best practices. 3.Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and Proof of Concepts (POC) to clients. 4.Prepare and deliver detailed technical proposals, including cost estimations and solution benefits. 5.Support sales in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders by preparing accurate technical documentation. 6.Stay up to date with the latest technologies in IT infrastructure, networking, HCI, and cybersecurity to provide innovative solutions. 7.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and technology partners. 8.Provide post-sales technical support to ensure successful project implementation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in pre-sales or a similar technical role.
Proven track record in IT infrastructure, network systems, DR, Backup, HCI, and cybersecurity solutions.
Expertise in network design and architecture (LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, firewalls, and routing protocols).
Experience with hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI) platforms (e.g., VMware, Nutanix,Sangfor,Proxmox).
Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, tools, and practices.
Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, VCP, Nutanix Certified Professional, or CISSP are highly preferred.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in both Thai and English is preferred.
