Job Descriptions

• Provide well-known insights on appropriate MEP construction methods and quality control measures. • Solicit and collect quotations from subcontractors, ensuring they meet the project's specifications and budget. • Compare and evaluate quotations, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts with subcontractors. • Monitor and understand immediate project milestones, preparing for the next phases of construction. • Manage the site schedule and provide instructions to subcontractors regarding the resources required for each phase of progress. • Request and review shop drawings from sub-contractors, ensuring that corrections are made and that drawings are approved before proceeding. • Establish clear communication channels with the client, ensuring smooth coordination of necessary work and addressing any concerns that arise during the construction process. • To maintain effective communication with project owners and coordinate the necessary work to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related field
Minimum of 10 years in MEP engineering, with a focus on factory construction projects
Previous experience working with Japanese companies is highly desirable
Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is preferred
Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., MS-Project, AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, BIM)
Demonstrated expertise in QCDS (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety) control
Strong knowledge of ISO systems and quality management standards
Fluent spoken and written in English
Well organized, flexible, good attitude, able to handle multitasking
Strong negotiation, communication, and project management skills
Ability to work effectively at construction sites or in upcountry locations
Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
