Job Descriptions
Key Responsibilities: 1.Lead Engagement: oProactively contact and respond to inquiries from potential leads via Social Media channels e.g. Facebook and line or other communication channels. oProvide clear, accurate, and compelling information about Haroct’s services and benefits to potential users. 2.Customer Conversion: oBuild relationships with leads by understanding their needs and addressing their questions or concerns. oGuide leads through the onboarding process to become registered users and, ultimately, loyal customers. 3.Sales and Customer Support: oIdentify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell Haroct’s offerings based on customer needs. oProvide ongoing support to users to ensure satisfaction and retention. 4.Communication and Coordination: oAct as the main point of contact for Thai leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication. oCollaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine engagement strategies based on feedback and results. 5.Data Management and Reporting: oMaintain accurate records of interactions with leads and customers in the company’s CRM system. oProvide regular updates and reports on engagement performance, user feedback, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's Degree in business administration, sales, mass communication, marketing, international business.
  2. Good command in English of reading, speaking, listening and writing (TOEIC 650 above)
  3. Great ability and skills in communication with people both inside and outside the organization with good human relations.
  4. Experience in engaging with customers through social media platforms (Facebook, Line) is a plus.
  5. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or related roles.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  7. Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to persuade and influence
  8. Age 20- 35 years old
  9. Proactive, fast learner, and strong problem-solving skills
  10. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
