Job Descriptions
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute specifications and marketing plans focusing on ‘Industrial Projects/Customers’ to align with Kingspan Insulated Panels division’s business strategies.
• Proactively work with Design Consultants, Architects, Structural Designers, Project Owners & Developers, Authorities, Design & Build Contractors, and Sustainable Consultants and Institutions to appropriately promote and develop the company’s wall & roof insulated panels into sustainable industrial projects across the country.
• Create Kingspan’s product specifications by preparing and offering customized product proposals and presentations into projects to achieve the specification targets.
• Identity potential projects, develop, maintain project tracking database, and ensure the implementation of the follow up process with sales team until the specified projects are secured.
• Regularly provide a monthly report, specification forecast, and project pipeline as required.
• Oversee and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure technical documents and product samples for specifications such as Kingspan’s standard specifications, drawings, presentations, test reports, sustainability certificates, marketing tools, etc. are up to date and ready for use.
• Conduct and support internal and external parties for product development, market trends, testing, analysis, market survey and any other activities to support business strategies as assigned.
• Organize and represent the company in various trade forums, customer groups, influencer groups and standards development authorities. Enhance the industry network and strengthen Kingspan Insulated Panels in the marketplace.
• Coordinate and implement physical and online marketing plans and activities including digital marketing and social media.
Qualifications
- Degree in business, architecture, or civil engineering.
- Min. 10 years’ experience in promoting/selling Wall & Roof sandwich panels, metal sheet wall and roofing systems or relevant building material solutions with Design Consultants, Architects, Structural Designers, Project Owners, and Developers in ‘Industrial Projects
- Having intensive knowledge of technical specification consultancy in wall and roof insulated panel systems or other relevant building materials would be preferred.
- Able to offer holistic solutions and value selling.
- Able to develop technical spec documentations and conduct technical presentations
- Able to interpret technical information and communicate in an easy way to understand
- Able to review and understand construction shop drawings
- Experience working in MNC environments
- Work-hard, result-oriented, can-do attitude, think out of the box, can work under pressure, good team player, fun, honest, good service-minded and go extra mile.
- Good command in English
