Job Descriptions
1. Monitor product production rates and order inventory based on demand and forecast data. 2. Order materials and products, ensuring timely replenishment of inventory. 3. Track shipments and coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers and logistics team. 4. Communicate with suppliers to ensure orders are shipped correctly and on time. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure sufficient inventory is maintained to meet sales and operational requirements. 6. Maintain accurate inventory records, including checking stock levels. 7. Perform other duties as assigned to support overall inventory and logistics operations.
Qualifications
  1. Female, 32 - 40 years
  2. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or other related fields
  3. Must have good written and spoken English
  4. Good organizational and analytical skills
  5. Able to track and manage multiple shipments simultaneously
  6. Experience in inventory planning or supply chain management will be given special consideration
  7. Good communication skills and able to work with suppliers and internal teams
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools for inventory management
  9. Attention to detail and ability to solve problems on your own
  10. Familiarity with order processing and logistics management will be given special consideration
  11. Willing to learn about the company's products and processes
