Job Descriptions• Responsible for Domestic Project Sales & International trade, Marketing (Hospitality Mattress and Bedding Products)
• Gather and update market information, competitor movement and track sales to meet target
• Build relationship with customers, external parties and relevant internal departments
• Expand company business and other bedding accessory products in Thailand through project sales and distributors
• Collaborate with International office to source products and matching with market demand
• Maintain a close connection with interior, designers, builders, developers, and the lodging industry in Thailand.
• Penetrate project sales market in the assigned region to achieve sales target.
• Approach developers/ contractors/ architects and interior designers to specify products into projects and turn to be sales shipments.
• Sales planning and demand forecast for secured projects to ensure product delivery according to project timeline
• Coordinate, develop, evaluate, annual budget of project development execution in assigned projects
• Develop and supervise a strategic, consistent and long-term project sales network.
• Recommend, guide, develop and assess new project prospect and opportunity
• Advise on problem solving methods in relation to distributors and customers complaints.
• Advise on discount policy and /or company’s policy and profit related issues as well as any ideas in relation to increasing the competitiveness of the company.
• Maintain the competitiveness of the project sales activities and be well-versed on the project market situation and the competition
• Conduct presentations for potential clients/ business groups in relation to project sales market
• Working time: 08.30-17.30 Working day: Monday - Friday
