Job Descriptions
• Manage Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, PABX, Printer Server. • Manage office server and system maintenance, operation, and incident. • Setup, install, configure, troubleshooting and ongoing usability of desktop computers, IT equipment and software such as Operations System e.g., Windows, MacOS. • Resources management on both software and hardware. • Inventory management of IT-related assets and IT asset lifecycle management. • Manage email messaging configurations and troubleshooting issues for Office 365. • Responsible for regular support for printers, video conferences, network troubleshooting, etc.
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย อายุ 23 - 35 ปี
  2. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับป.ตรี ขี้นไปสาขาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์, บริหารคอมพิวเตอร์ หรืออื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องมีประสบการณ์ตรงตามสายงาน 1 ปีขึ้นไป
  3. มีความรู้ ความสามารถด้านการ Support User ทั้ง Hardware / Software / Server / Network (เบื้องต้น) เช่น M365, Window, Server
  4. บุคลิกภาพ, Service Mind, ทัศนคติดี
  5. ละเอียด รอบคอบ แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพราะหน้าได้ดี
  6. มีประสบการณ์ IT Support สายโรงงาน หรือ คลังสินค้า จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
