Job Descriptions
1 Follow and report anomalies about kitchen policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and trainings programs.
2 Create an environment in the kitchen that is warm, welcoming, and filled with positivity for guests and employees.
3 Champion service, food knowledge through company training materials and outlines.
4 Execute inventory control and report to the Sous Chef.
5 Ensure that the guests have a 5* treatment, and that they leave happy our venue.
6 Responsible to supervise weekly kitchen cleaning schedules.
Qualifications
- Above 1-year kitchen experience.
- A positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
- Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
- Deliver orders in timely manner.
