Job Descriptions
Key Responsibilities: 1. E-commerce Strategy Development: - Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies aligned with business goals. - Identify growth opportunities in the online market, including new platforms, tools, and technologies. 2. Website and Platform Management: - Manage and optimize the company’s e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience. - Work with developers and designers to maintain website performance and implement new features. 3. Digital Marketing and Sales: - Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and affiliate programs. - Analyze campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI. - Monitor online sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and conversion rates. 4. Product and Inventory Management: - Collaborate with product teams to ensure accurate and appealing product listings. - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to avoid stockouts or overstocking. 5. Customer Experience: - Ensure a superior online shopping experience, including fast loading times, easy navigation, and efficient checkout processes. - Address customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. 6. Data Analysis and Reporting: - Track and analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior. - Provide regular reports on e-commerce performance, highlighting key metrics and insights. 7. Team Management: - Lead and mentor the e-commerce team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience (5+ years) in e-commerce management, preferably in the automotive or related industries.
  3. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada).
  4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  5. Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  6. Familiarity with automotive products and market trends is a plus.
