Job Descriptions
Responsibilities :
- Design system architecture and develop product features aligned with market needs.
- Manage software projects, including timeline planning and task delegation to junior developers.
- Develop Proof of Concept (PoC) for new technologies, such as AI integration and API connections. Design resilient, scalable, secure, and efficient systems.
- Collaborate with the BD Solution Consultant team to ensure seamless system development.
- Oversee knowledge sharing within the team to align with product development. Design team processes to optimize operational efficiency and productivity.
Competencies :
- System architecture design expertise.
- Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills.
- Technical proficiency in API development and integration.
- Adept at project management and team collaboration.
- Effective communication with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of software development experience.
- In-depth understanding of system architecture and API development.
- Proven experience in PoC development, particularly in AI and data integration.
- Strong team management skills and ability to mentor junior developers.
- Capacity to work effectively with Product Managers and BD teams.
